Adam Burgis

Adam is an Eagle Scout from Lebanon, Pa, currently a junior attending Harrisburg University of Science and Technology studying biology. He hopes to apply to medical school for a graduate education to pursue emergency medicine. In pursuit of a career in emergency medicine, he is currently working at Penn State Hershey Medical Center as an Emergency Medicine Medical Scribe.


Changing the way we see problems as they arise, allows us to empathize with others, knitting a closer, more community-like atmosphere.

Amanda Crowell

Amanda Crowell, Ph.D., is a cognitive psychologist, university professor at the Hunter College School of Education, speaker and coach. Dr. Crowell works with teachers, therapists, and mission-driven entrepreneurs to clear away mindset blocks and move into action. Through this work, she seeks to unleash the world’s changemakers, so that their passion can have the impact it deserves.


Moving beyond mindset-drive defensive failure and into productive failure is the key to succeeding at the problems you struggle with the most.

Beth Montgomery

Beth is a dedicated Insurance Agent specializing in Commercial Accounts with Member’s 1st Insurance Services and teaches CPR classes. She volunteers her CPR skills with The Peyton Walker Foundation. Beth is also the Social chair for the Keystone Rotary Club, member of the HYP, PAFB, and active in many networking circles.


Through interactive storytelling and crowd participation, Beth will break down each “type” of driver that we could encounter while on the road and our generalized feelings on it bringing to full circle the realization that we are all found in each of these drivers through the “if we spot it, we got it” approach.

Brent Binder

Dr. Brent Binder is the owner of a private chiropractic practice in Central PA and a part-time teacher at Penn State University. After a decade of working with patients and teaching various biology classes, his experience is now being shared as a public speaker and a professional educator.


The power of being present individually, with large groups of people and the potential to change the world through self-realization. Presence is a form of currency far more valuable than money itself and the source of innovation.

David Barkley

David Barkley has a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Hampton University and is the President of Bright Futures Learning Centers, Inc. He works to improve the process of education in Pennsylvania through partnerships, innovative business models and technological applications. His recent project,, promises unlimited mobile connectivity at no cost to families, students, and professionals.

Justin is Lead Pastor at The Bridge Church in Hummelstown and Midtown Harrisburg. He currently lives in Central Pennsylvania but has resided in California, Indiana, Virginia, Boston, and Wisconsin, which has provided him with a unique experience and knowledge of various communities. He is driven by bridging that gaps that exist in our world by creating spaces of belonging and acceptance.

Louisa Eyler is a clinical transformation consultant at Highmark Health Inc, an outpatient therapist at Pyramid Healthcare, and corporate faculty at Harrisburg University where she teaches creative mind focusing on the theme of creating self-identity through self-analysis. Having 15 years experience as a masters level psychotherapist and licensed social worker, she is an expert in the field of personal transformation. Louisa Eyler has worked with VH1 Tough Love, Operation Osmin on Nuvo TV; The Dr. Phil Show, and The Steve Harvey Show. Her book “Why Didn’t You Tell Me I Was Fat?” is scheduled for publication in January 2019.
